The HUD Secure System will be off-line for all subsystems (APPS, TRACS, IMAX, EIV, LOCCS and others) this Friday September 24th at 8:00PM Eastern Daylight Time until 7:00AM on Monday, September 27th for system maintenance. Plan your system access needs accordingly.
Additionally, the FASS system will be unavailable on the Public Housing side as a result of application testing from Friday September 24th at 8:00PM Eastern Daylight Time until 7:00AM on Thursday, September 27th

The TRACS Security Awareness Training and Rules of Behavior must be completed by October 1st or you will lose your ability to send TRACS Files.
Please remember that there are separate Rules of Behavior for WASS, EIV and TRACS and separate Security Testing requirements for TRACS and EIV

Did you know?
Effective this month, REAC Inspectors will report the presence or existence of bed bugs during their physical inspection under "Other Hazard."
While no points will be deducted, you should aggressively pursue pest management control for any level of Bed Bug infestation. See our Helpful Links below for some resources to assist you.
