TRACS Rules of Behavior and Security Training, initially announced to begin implementation on April 30th, was finally rolled out June 7th in the HUD Secure System.
Users and Coordinators must complete the Access and Security Training requirements indentified on the TRACS web site, then read and accept the Rules of Behavior in iMAX. Be sure to print out, sign and keep on file for your records.
TRACS Rules of Behavior and the associated Security Training are expected to be fully automated into vendor software by September. For connections to additional resources on this topic, see our Helpful Links below.

Did you know?
Bringing a camera along on your REAC inspection is one of the smartest moves you can make.
Take pictures of each deficiency as it is called out by the inspector. This not only provides you with critical documentation should you later need to file an appeal but will also assure the inspector is following UPCS standards.

A Baseline Submission in APPS is not a submission at all. It is merely an initial data entry tool. This mis-named process has caused a lot of headaches for APPS users as well as HUD staff.
A good rule to thumb to remember: If you clicked a button that said "Send to HUD" - you completed a submission, which has been transmitted to HUD for review. If you clicked a button that merely said "Finish" - that was static data entry.
