Did you know?
Poor REAC Inspections are one of the primary sources of referral to HUD's Departmental Enforcement Center.
REAC conducts nearly 20,000 physical inspections each year. Approximately 10% receive a failing score. Do not let your property become part of that statistic. Failed REAC's can prevent principals
from receiving 2530 clearance, which is needed if you wish to do additional business with HUD properties. HUD is on record - Owners may not hide behind management agents as a source of the problem.
