Some EIV Reports are temporarily unavailable.
EIV Release 9.1, which HUD uploaded last weekend, circumvented the summarization process that usually occurs every weekend. Therefore, the following EIV Reports will show no data until Monday April 26th:
- New Hires Report
- Deceased Tenants Report
- Multiple Subsidy Report
- Income Discrepancy
- Identity Verification
- Income Reports by Certification Month
Access to Individual Income Reports will still be available. Batched reports will become available again on April 26th. HUD apologizes for any inconvenience.

APPS Tip of the Week |
Did you know? HUD has provided a one-time opportunity for some Organizations to make an address, legal structure or contact information change without needing log-in access to the HUD Secure System. (This only applies to organizations who originally registered as a HUD Business Partner over 8 years ago.) This is HUGE and very very simple to complete. Click here and enter your organization's Tax ID # to see if you qualify. If so, correctly complete all of the required fields and hit "submit." That simple! The information will process overnight and be reflected in REMS the next day. Important Caution: Please make sure the person you elect to complete this function understands the legal structure and ownership type for the company. Fixing a data-entry error of that nature can be problematic. |

"The current protocol requiring a Flag be placed in APPS when a property receives a physical inspection score that is below 60 is not accomplishing the results it was designed to achieve." Hats off to HUD for making this statement! A new protocol is now in place that allows discretion at the Field Office level for first time REAC Scores below 60 but above 30.
