Did you know?
If fire hoses are no longer required in your building, you cannot simply remove the hoses from your fire-hose cabinets. The hose rack and associated hardware in each cabinet must also be removed in order to avoid an "inoperable fire safety system" deficiency on your REAC Inspection. A property can lose up to 15.5 points for a deficiency of this nature.

| HUD System Tip of the Week |
Did you know?
The HUD system has an inactivity timeout of 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a 4 hour session time out, whereby you will need to re-authenticate to resume where you left off.
Please save your work periodically to avoid being logged out or losing data.
