REAC Tip of the Week

Did you know?

During your REAC Inspection, items must operate "as the manufacturer intended" otherwise HUD protocol requires inspectors to mark the item as deficient.

This sounds so simple, but many folks loose points here.  They believe as long as the item operates and does not violate code, they can get around this requirement. Not so.  "As the manufacturer intended" is the minimum standard.

HUD Secure System Tip of the Week

Did you know?

Activation Key Code letters are mailed to "Attention: CEO" at the address your Business Partner registered in WASS.

When requesting access to new entities, be sure to check the accuracy of the address before hitting "confirm" - if it is wrong, do not proceed.

While waylaid Key Code letters are a source of continued frustration for Users, be sure to do your part in avoiding common problems.
