REAC Tip of the Week |
Did you know?
Currently, REAC does not deduct points for tripping hazards inside units.
You should still address this hazard, but if the REAC inspector takes points off your inspection score, know you have solid grounds for an appeal.
Be sure you know your rights and HUD's appeals process.

HUD Previous Participation / 2530 Tip of the Week
Did you know? |
HUD has been well ahead of the curve on "going green" initiatives. The APPS System was designed to replace the current HUD 2530 paper submission process used for approving owners and management agents to participate in HUD projects. Electronic 2530 submissions for Previous Participation reporting automate the Field Office review process. This not only helps expedite your approval, but it also helps the environment.
