Go West...With More Connections To Denver

Beginning in July, DCRA travelers will have another connection to Denver and the west coast on United.  Four flights a day from early morning to early evening will offer exceptional connection options to the USA's fifth busiest airport and beyond.

Locked in the crook of the Rocky Mountains' bulky arm, and nestled up to the western fringe of the Great Plains, Denver is a perfect blend of big city and country charm. It has an impressive commitment to culture and the arts; with galleries, restaurants, bars and impromptu theaters, not to mention big league sports teams including ice hockey, baseball, football, and basketball. www.ual.com

More Capitol with LESS Capital

Did you know?  DCRA offers direct, daily flights to Washington DC on Frontier airlines.  These affordable, nonstop flights are featured on a 99 seat multi-class Embraer E90 jet.  Why not take the family or join some friends...Capital city...with less capital.

From its iconic monuments and buildings to historic neighborhoods and free museums, the Capital of the United States offers many great attractions.  From the White House to the Vietnam War Memorial, shopping, reastuarants and entertainment options are abundant.

Frontier Ramping Up Entertainment Options

Frontier Airlines today announced changes to its inflight entertainment lineup which will provide more programming and variable pricing, ranging from $3.99 to $7.99, based on length of travel. On all of the Airbus aircraft, passengers will have access to movies, 24 channels of DIRECTV, and many pre-recorded television shows. The new bundled service will give customers entertainment options for one lower price.

Painting The Pavement

Let the paint fly!  Each summer, airport maintenance teams scramble to inspect, repair and repaint all of the surfaces on the airfield and around the terminal.  With three runways, 12 taxiways, 3 ramps, multiple parking lots, and an 8 mile perimeter road - more than 30 miles of pavement need to be painted, repaired and inspected.  Airport staff spend more than 1,300 hours and 3,100 gallons of paint preparing and inspecting every inch in preparation for the upcoming fall, and they have barely enough time from the first melt to the first snow fly to finish.
