UW-Whitewater National Champs
DCRA staff were the first to congratulate the NCAA Football Division III National Champs - the UW-Whitewater Warhawks as they returned on December 17. It was the 'Hawks seventh straight appearance in the Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl. UW-Whitewater has faced Mount Union all seven years. In the seven games between the two, the Warhawks now hold a 4-3 advantage.

2011 Holiday Music Program
The sights and sounds of the holiday season filled the terminal December 13th through the 21st as more than 500 students and community members from Dane County performed during the annual Holiday Music Program. The performances were held in the terminal central lobby, near the Art Court area, where holiday trees decorated the area. |

New DCA Flight Takes Off Jan. 5
Frontier Airlines non-stop service from Madison to Washington D.C. (DCA) will begin January 5th, 2012 with service on a 138-seat Airbus A319 aircraft. Frontier Announces Fly Bucks Winner
To celebrate their new non-stop service from Madison to Orlando, Frontier Airlines gave one lucky winner $1,000 in Frontier Fly Bucks. Just in time to trade winter cold for fun in the sun, an online contest was held to give away $1,000 in "Fly Bucks" from Frontier Airlines.
The online contest had nearly 4,000 entries and the winner's name was drawn the morning of Tuesday, December 6th. Jeffrey Traxler, a UW-Madison student, was awarded his prize of $1,000 in Frontier Fly Bucks to use on any flight of his choice. |
