"Cold War Soldier" to Share Reflections at Eisenhower Library

ABILENE, Kan. - Robert Ulin, U.S. Army, Ret., CEO of the Command and General Staff College Foundation, will present "Witness to History: Reflections of a Cold War Soldier," at the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum. The free public program is scheduled for 7 p.m., June 14 in the Visitors Center auditorium.

Colonel Ulin is a 30-year veteran of the Army, having served two years in Vietnam and 17 years in Europe. Since retiring from the army in 1992, he has remained active in national security affairs. He received a Master's Degree in Middle Eastern History from the University of Kansas and a Master's Degree in International Relations from Boston University.
A published author, Colonel Ulin has written chapters in two books on European security policy and numerous articles in U.S. and European professional journals. He also holds several prestigious appointments in the private sector.
