LA Neighborhood Housing Services will talk about their current work to stabilize neighborhoods due to foreclosures. The board will also consider voting on the following: * Approve filing of grant proposal for S-T Wildlife & Trails Planning & Interpretive Signage
* Approve support for City Council motion regarding student truancy tickets * Appoint Citywide Budget Advocates for the 2011-12 year * Approve funding support for the San Fernando Veterans Day Parade

New Ad-Hoc Planning Committee consisting of STNC board members and stakeholders to plan Foothill Blvd. Corridor Specific Plan Workshop meetings beginning November 2011 thru June 2012. More details and sign-up at the STNC meeting this Wednesday, Oct. 12 and the first planning meeting will be Monday, October 17 at 6 p.m. at North Valley City Hall.
