Proposal to clean up of the trails in the Tujunga Wash.

New residences at 7070 St. Estaban are requesting a lot line adjustment.

At 10051 Pinewood Clearwire is proposing a rooftop antenna and microwave set up. They have requested to put this "on-hold" and will not be presenting.

10046-56 Samoa - An exploratory presentation for a 4-story, 63 unit affordable (SB1818 bonus density) housing project with architect renderings. 10046 Samoa previously approved for 24 units.  How will this proposal affect the quality of life in this area as far as: traffic, parking, connecting streets, crime, schools, road conditions, LA City services?  Please help spread the word about this proposal.  Contact Tomi Bowling at FirstVP@stnc.org for more info.

8505 Foothill - Drive Thru Car Wash approved by the City's Zoning Administrator. Owner will present landscape and signage plans.

10176-78 Tujunga Canyon - The MiniPitch Indoor style Arena Soccer field. Construction in progress. Is this a "project" ?

7132-36 High Cliff Trail - proposing two new residences in the hillside requesting increased height, reduced setbacks.

6737 Foothill - Chevron Station - addition of Recycling Center with existing gas station, u-Haul rental, propane and convenience market.

Citywide Issues - Revised Community Care Facilities Ordinance and Citywide Sidewalk Ordinance.

Should the LUC/STNC take a position to support Gov. Brown regarding Community Redevelopment Agencies ?
