The Little Landers Historical Society Annual Bolton Hall Holiday Party is this Saturday. Mark your calendar for Saturday, December 11 at 1 p.m. and join us at Bolton Hall for good old-fashioned Holiday fun around the Bolton Hall fireplace. This is an afternoon full of friends, entertainment by Franny McCartney and the Randy Van Horne Singers, a Carol sing-along, food made from recipes in our brand new LLHS Cookbook and gift drawings. The Cookbook will be available for sale at the Party and makes a great Holiday gift. If you've attended our Party in the past, you know we have a big gift table of donated gifts and a drawing that means that almost everyone goes home with something new for the Holiday. It´s all free and everyone is welcome. We're collecting the gifts for the prize drawing and would like you to consider donating an unwrapped gift. It can be anything you would like to receive. You can put your name on it if you want - or not if you want to be a secret Santa. Let us know if your gift has historical significance or a ¨story¨ about its origin. If you have a business, this might be a great way to get noticed. Please bring your donated gift to Bolton Hall Museum any of the following days and times or e-mail us if you need a pick-up. Sunday (12/5) or Tuesday (12/7) afternoon between 1 and 4 PM OR Monday (12/6) between 10 AM and Noon. When you get here for the Party on December 11, you'll see all the pretty decorations on Commerce sponsored by the Sunland-Tujunga Rotary. The entire community is welcome and Bolton Hall is open on Sunday afternoons, so you can visit the Museum as well or drop off your gift donation. For more information about the LLHS Holiday at Bolton Hall, see our website at Littlelandershistoricalsociety.org or e-mail us at Littlelanders@verizon.net. We're looking forward to seeing you soon.
