Agenda includes Oro Vista Park updates, Wireless Telecommunications Facilities (WTF)/Cell Tower sites, proposal for a Conditional Use for Beer and Wine license on Commerce Ave., a new 7-11 in Sunland and finding transitional and permanent housing for Sunland-Tujunga's homeless and more. Join us.

Zoning Code Simplification Workshops
The Department of City Planning invites you to attend one of four upcoming public workshops about the Core Findings, Multiple Approvals Procedural Revisions, and Planned Unified Development (PUD's) Revision upcoming Code Amendments.
An overview presentation will be given by staff after which 45-minute break-out sessions will cover each topic. If you are interested in more than one topic, the session will repeat immediately after affording you the opportunity to attend a different break-out session.

Upcoming meetings closest to S-T are Van Nuys and Glassell Park.

After these workshops, a revised Staff Report will be released in mid-December and the City Planning Commission hearing will be January 13, 2011.
