The combination of drought, low humidity and high winds has raised the level of wildfire danger to EXTREME.
The county-wide burn ban continues in effect, but be very careful with all sources of heat and sparks - power tools, welders, cookers, cigarettes, car exhaust systems - anything that could start a wildfire in our area.
