 | Baker Sanctuary, part of the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve (BCP), is 690 acres of nesting habitat for the Golden-cheeked Warbler -- one of the only places in the world that this endangered songbird nests and breeds.
What does that mean for you? *Creates higher property values and desirable living location; *Limits urban sprawl and traffic, provides a buffer between development and neighborhood residences; *Supports fresh air, reduced light and noise pollution.
