Fight Over Pond on Bullick Hollow Hits the Front Page |

In previous issues of the Volente e-News we told you of the legal battle that the Strickland family of Bullick Hollow has undertaken against City of Austin and Travis County. The Stricklands are having to sue to be able to retain the pond they created on their property along Bullick Hollow Creek.
The battle made the front page of the Austin American-Statesman today. Here is a link for those of you who don't have access to the paper:
