This is an amazing addition to the BE&SCO product line. This manual unit has the capacity to produce 380 to 500 ready to cook tortillas per hour ranging from 4" to 12" size diameter! The Operator never has to touch the dough after it's pressed. It exits directly to the grill. It is extremely easy to use - manually operate with minimal effort. Just like all BE&SCO products, the Manual Wedge is easily accessible to clean, built stainless steel and designed to be showcased in your facility.
