Two Agendas For Kick-Off Conference Call
The Facilitator's Agenda should be sufficiently detailed so all trainers know who is speaking when, on what topic and for how long. It should provide explanation of exercises, demonstrations and handouts including: what materials to hand out, learner objectives, and timing and "flow" of each exercise. A good Facilitator's Agenda looks like a lesson plan.
The Participant's Agenda should be brief, including topics, instructors and times, including break times (recess).
Don't forget to bring a large, visible clock and several kitchen timers. Stick to your timetable so all planned items are covered. Make a Packing List so no item is forgotten. |
