SUCCESS STORY

Medical Device Manufacturer Gets Ready to Roll out
WC Program to Divisions

The team (RM, Amaxx (me), and Advisen) are reviewing the Gap Analysis, Best Practice Profile and Best-to-Worst Ranking to determine our next steps. The RM and their TPA customized the assessment questions and responses, so scores reflect their own practices. Voila - corporate-wide workers comp assessment in one day!

  • We began our weekly meetings this week.
  • This week we are reviewing the Gap Analysis to determine which documents and forms 30 divisions will use.
  • All forms are in Workers Comp Kit, so after the RM selects (with our coaching), we'll print with the corporate logo for distribution.
  • We are monitoring weekly progress with "The Timetable" - everyone is accountable!
  •

    It's very exciting. Stay tuned.
