I have to share a story with you.  I have a really terrific diamond ring that Steve got me for our 20th wedding anniversary.  I used to have one of those home sonic jewelry cleaners because I like to keep my rings sparkling at all times.  The sonic jewelry cleaner "bit the dust" about a year ago and I had to throw it away.  As expected, the diamond began forming that white filmy layer on the bottom, that's hard to clean off.  I took my ring to a local jeweler to have it professionally steam cleaned.  This process usually works well and gets my ring cleaner than anything I've ever been able to do at home.

A true H.E.P.A. (high-efficiency particulate air) filter will capture 99.97% of particles larger than 0.3 microns. (10 microns is as small as someone with good vision can see.) H.E.P.A. filters were originally developed to trap radioactive dust in atomic power plants, and they have since been put to use in removing microscopic asbestos particles from the air. Especially for those who are made miserable by allergies or sensitivity to dust, this vacuum will provide real relief.
