ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: SYD LIEBERMAN

Greetings!

SYD LIBERMAN
It's rare to find a storyteller with such performance "chops" as
Syd Lieberman. An artist who's not only a storyteller but a teacher, a writer and an orater. He's a Harvard grad, he's toured internationally, he's published books and CDs and he was one of eight tellers sent by the National Storytelling Network to work with Disney World's writers and directors.  Best of all, he's a featured teller at capeSF 2010.

"When he got up to speak, he magically transformed time and space ... Lieberman shakes his imaginary pockets and you can see hundreds of gold pieces tumble out."
-Chicago Tribune

"I can think of no higher form of the storytelling art than what you have created."
-Nan Kammann-Judd, former director of the
St Louis Storytelling Festival

But, don't take their word for it. Listen to Syd's stories yourself!

The Cape Girardeau Convention and Visitors Bureau, primary sponsor of the Cape Girardeau Storytelling Festival, saw a desire for... CLICK FOR THE FULL STORY...
