While it has been difficult to find any exciting news by turning on the
television, it has at least been fun for our staff and clients to see our "home
away from home" transform. You will be surprised if you have not been to Good Bodies lately, since you have missed the changes we've been making!

The Biggest Change Competition
|
Want to lose Body Fat and win $500 for your efforts?
The biggest change competition was a big hit in it's inaugural year, and now some necessary modifications to the competition, will level the field. This year, the women are only competing with other women, and the men are only competing with other men for the most body fat lost in the 8-week challenge.
The winner of each group will win $500 and the runner-up will receive $100.For a $50 entry fee, you will receive:
- An initial Bod Pod measurement between January 2nd and January 6th.
- Weekly exercise and nutritional tips on losing body fat and motivational support via email.
- An ending Bod Pod measurement between February 27th and March 2nd.

Group Classes

Vinyasa Yoga is here!
We are pleased to have two of the finest Yoga instructors in Central Ohio teaching for us, Constance Piwtorak and Lisa Pricher.
Constance is the former owner of Peaceful Poses, a private Yoga studio, and has taught at several clubs in Columbus. She is also a Yogafit Master Trainer allowing her to work with and mentor other Yoga instructors.
Lisa is a Yogafit instructor with 10 years of Yoga experience as well as a certified spinning instructor. Additionally, both Constance and Lisa are certified personal trainers.
Classes will be held on the following days and times:
- Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.
- Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.
- Saturdays at 9:00 starting Dec. 6th
- Sundays at 4:00 p.m.
Please come in and try your first class on us! Classes are open to anyone with a basic level of fitness. Previous Yoga experience not required. For more information please call Jack Mougin at 889-2282, extension 84.
