11 Things its best to buy organic!

1)Beef-With Organic Beef, you are cutting out hormones and antibiotics given to cows.

2)Strawberries-A multiple of pesticides are used, and those  tiny bumps make it hard to wash off. They also suggest buying peaches, apples, blueberries, and organic cherries.

3)Stainless Steel,Ceramic, or Cast Iron Cookware-Nonstick      cookware contains a fluorochemical called PTFE that breaks down to form toxic fumes when overheated.

4)Popcorn-The linings of microwave-popcorn bags may contain a toxic chemical called perfluorooctanoic acid or PFOA, which is used to prevent the food from sticking to the paper.

5) Yard Pesticides-Some lawn and garden pesticides contain suspected carcinogens. Not only do we breathing them, we are tracking them indoors and onto our carpets via your shoes .Healthier brands like Burn Out and EcoClear are make of vinegar and lemon juice.

6)All-Purpose Home Cleaners-Common cleaners expose you to harmful chemical that can irritate skin, eyes and respiratory tract. Look for brands approved by Green Seal or EcoLogo, two organizations that follow products that meet environmental label guidelines.

7)Water Bottles-Reusable plastic bottles may contain BPA or bispheno A, another endocrine disruptor. BPA can leach out into the water in the bottle, to be safe, use stainless steel or BPA-free plastic bottles.

8)Food Storage Containers-As in water bottles, BPA can leach out of plastic containers and seep into your leftovers. This also increases during heating, and a smaller degree even when cold foods are stored. Glass containers are best.

9)Milk-It contains natural hormones passed along from cows. About 17% of dairy cows are treated with hormones rBST (or rBGH), which stimulates milk production. Buy milk that is labeled free of these hormones, or is produced without artificial hormones.

10)Celery-Celery stalks are very porous, so they retain pesticides. They also suggest buying organic bell peppers, spinach, and potatoes.

11)Tomato Sauce- Choose glass jars or box over the can. The lining on the inside of food cans that's used to protect against corrosion and bacteria may contain BPA. The acidity of the tomatoes can cause more of the BPA to leach into the sauce.
