The mind-body-soul connection is a powerful thing. Imagine having the knowledge and inner power to create your reality, your perfect body. I went to the showing of the new independent film, The Inner Weigh, presented by Dr. Smiley and Bronwyn March 4, 2011 in Scottsdale. And as a Certified Personal Trainer I would highly recommend that you see the DVD, or listen to the audio CD. I have been using this way of training since 2003 and I am so pleased to see that finally there is a DVD out there that people can watch and learn from. A film that bridges the physical and spiritual realms of health and exercise.
The Inner Weigh shows you how you can use the spiritual approach to change the physical body. Therefore, you are creating change from the inside out. We all are spiritual Beings no matter what religion we are, or are not. So, do not let the word "spiritual" turn you away. Each of us was created from the Light, and are one with that Light. That Light is the intelligence deep inside us. That Light, our Higher Self, our Soul, knows how to heal everything in our body...if we can just Trust and Believe it.
Through our journey on this earth, many patterns and habits form from seeds planted by people and experiences, some good and some not so good. Things happen in our life to teach us. And these life lessons, if not learned, will come around again and again until we learn them. In our subconscious minds, many things are stored. So much wisdom there, locked behind closed doors. The Inner Weigh is the key to one of those doors.
It is fact that we only use 10% of our brain. Can you imagine the potential that is just sitting there in that other 90%, waiting to be discovered? But, it takes courage, perseverance, faith, trust, and believing to explore those quantum possibilities. Are you ready for that adventure? if so, order your DVD today http://www.theinnerweigh.com/cmd.php?af=1321948
My favorite tool in the film is using the picture of the child. On my bathroom mirror, I have a picture of myself at age 2 1/2 years old. And I look into her(my) eyes, the window to her(my) soul, and every day I speak loving words to her(me). I remember just how powerful I felt as that child. I thought I could command the elements of Mother Nature and more. And every time I see her I feel that confidence. That child, is still within me. I love this tool because I know how often we look at ourselves in the mirror and say "your fat", "OMG look at that roll", "I hate you". And just think what that does to our self confidence. Now, when you look at a picture of you as a child, you instinctively feel the need to nurture and love. The words of love come more easily. You will have to try it.
I found it clever that in The Inner Weigh they used the FIT rule. As you may know, the exercise world uses that same acronym, Frequency, Intensity, and Time. In the film it was used as Face yourself, Imagine yourself, and Trust yourself. What a great conceptional bridge!
Athletes use a mind-set to accomplish great feats and they tap into their full potential to give them that edge. The Inner Weigh is that edge. I know by experience! I used this method and much more in the years I competed as a natural body builder. And in doing so, I transformed my body into a silver medalist at the INBA Natural Olympia VII in 2004.
Make an investment for your Self and order your DVD http://www.theinnerweigh.com/cmd.php?af=1321948 to start your transformation from the inside out. You won't be sorry, you will only be empowered!
