Houston-based Frontier Outfitters — an upscale southwestern home furnishings catalog — had already developed a strong brand image and a solid reputation. What they were looking for however, was an improved customer online catalog experience along with better response and conversion rates. They turned to LHA/World to help them meet their online catalog goals.
The Challenge
The target audience was predominantly affluent women over age 50 looking for exclusive products and a total custom decor solution for their hotel, ranch, or home.
