Reporting Technical Problems at DOM
As a fairly young organization, Denver Open Media is still dealing with growing pains. Some of those pains are technological in nature. Without having a streamlined way to deal with these various problems, people have communicated them to us the best way they know how: phone calls,
emails, comments on the site, SMS, chat, and even face to face. Needless to say, it's been a little difficult to keep track of what's been reported to whom and what's been addressed.
To solve this problem, a new link has been added to the footer of our site
titled, "Report a Problem". Here, users are able to report problems such as: editing lab issues, problems with our livestream video, and/or problems adding video to the site. Based on the type of problem, the appropriate DOM staff member will address the issue and ensure that it is fixed. Please help us utilize this new system by reporting all technical problems through the above link. Thanks!
