Mt. Bethel's Administrative Council will meet Sunday, January 30 at 12:15 in the Chapel.
 

Mt. Bethel's Career Ministry will meet on Tuesday, February 8 at Mt. Bethel's Community Center (4608 Lower Roswell Road near the corner of Woodlawn Drive) Resume reviews begin at 6:30pm and the presentation starts at 7:30pm. The topic will be "Leveraging Technology."

Scouting for Food - On February 6 (Boy Scout Sunday), our Scouts will hold their annual food drive to benefit MUST Ministries at both the 9:30 and 11:00 services. Please bring canned goods and non-perishable  goods (no glass items please) to Church with you on Sunday, February 6. Canned meats, cereals and jam and jelly are foods that MUST especially requests. Scouts will be in the parking lot with collection containers. The Scouts and MUST thank you for your donation.

HS Inside Out | Jan. 26th  

This is our high-school-only worship service.  Come for a great message and a time of worship.

MS Day|One  | Jan 30th

This is our Middle School Sunday morning worship service from 9:15-10:40am in the Upper Room.

HS Sunday School  | Jan. 30th  

Join us on Sunday mornings for fun, fellowship, Bible lessons, and the occasional breakfast!

HS Mission Ops  | Jan. 30th

This is an opportunity for high school students to share the love of Christ by serving others.  We currently have 45 high school students signed up to serve at 9:30 am in numerous ministries within the church.  To sign up for Mission Ops, please pick up a form upstairs in the B Building or email Lauren Eden.    

High School Ski Trip | Feb. 21-24 | Winterplace WV

Use your winter break to get away and go skiing.  Registration is still open.  Forms are outside the Upper Room or you can register online here.

Youth Spring Sports - Skills Evaluation - Saturday, January 29 for Baseball, Softball, Soccer and Flag Football. Pre-K Leagues do not have evaluations.  Check your schedule or go to mtbethel.org and check the recreation update for your childs evaluation time.  It is imperative that your child attends their evaluation as these assessment are important in the team building process.

High School Girl's Volleyball - Now registering. Must not be on a high school team. Play will be on Monday nights beginning February 14. Register your team in the CAC. Call Melissa Sneed for more information at 678-560-7438.

Aloha to Aging

Education:

Hospice 101:  Tuesday, February 1st, 1:00-2:00pm.  What is hospice?  When is hospice used?  Why use hospice?  Can someone "go off of hospice"?  What are the differences in the many hospice providers?  Answers to these questions and more will be discussed in this introduction to hospice.   Sponsored by Altus Hospice.  RSVP 678-439-1177.

Brain Masters:  Tuesday, February 8th, 1:00-2:00pm.  Feed Your Mind!  BrainMasters is a research-based brain fitness program designed to build cognitive effectiveness in the areas of memory, attention, problem-solving, processing speed and executive function.  This program is a challenging, interactive and fun set of activities conducted in an enjoyable social setting, created and conducted by industry experts. Aloha Support Groups:

Family Caregiver & Alzheimer's Support Groups -- Open to individuals who are assisting an aging loved one both inside and outside of the home.

Alzheimer's/Caregiver Support Group Meeting - 1st Monday of each month, 10:30am.
