Mt. Bethel UMC - Compassion Into Action
Message from the Minister

    I'm Thankful . . .
. . . For this time of year, its crispness, warm fires inside and outside the house and beautiful leaves.
. . . For old friends and new friends and the opportunities to celebrate life at the pool, deck, backyard, lake, etc.
. . . For friendly smiles, singing voices, and attentive faces at every worship service.
. . . For each adult and student who make choir a priority in their lives. For the Chancel Choir, the magnificent talent and friendship.
. . . For an outstanding blended service, a praise team that is the best.
. . . For Robert's voice, smile and congregational singing.
. . . For "Encounter" and the alternative it provides.
. . . For Chuck, his talent and personality.
. . . For parents who display the depth of their love through their "taxi" service.
. . . For our military, especially those serving in harm's way.
. . . For our 383 new members and 8756 "old-timers"!
. . . For the beautiful woman with sparkling green eyes, who ran from me until she caught me! For her gentle love and patience and for the way she "lets" me make the coffee.
. . . For Rob, Susie, Ashley, Lee, and the joy they are!
. . . For Drew, Cooper, Mason, and soon-to-be Reese!
. . . For gentle riverboat cruises with special friends.
. . . For good friends who share the load and are always there when you need them. For those special folks who claim me as their pastor and friend.
. . . For the finest staff anywhere and especially those who try to "protect the preacher."
. . . For you, Mt. Bethel, the most blessed place! For your love for Jesus Christ and the faithful manner you reflect it.
God bless you and Happy Thanksgiving!
                Randy
