First, we want to thank everyone who joined us at one of our  2010 events.  The networking & meeting presentations are true benefits of your membership.  Second, we want to be sure you plan to join us for this year's events.  Last year was our "jump start" year and we're already off to a terrific start this year.  Our first two meetings of 2011 brought lots of new faces & energy.

In January, we had a joint meeting with Silicon Valley.  It was a lively roundtable as attendees identified their top 10 IT issues/initiatives for 2011 & shared best practices & processes.  HDI networking at it's best!!

February's meeting was the first in the area of Desktop Support with Nenita presenting "The Hidden Value of Desktop Support Technicians".   It brought together IT support professionals who are the "faces" of IT support.  HDI is committed to bringing the same value we do to Service Desk to Desktop Support.
