| Hello
Welcome to yours2share's February 2011 newsletter.
Looking for a share Over the last few months there has been a big increase in the number of ads from people are looking for partners to create a new syndicate or find a share to buy. In the latter case, the share could be a share in an existing syndicate, or a share from someone who currently owns the asset outright. It is often hard for me to talk about these ads because by definition there is no specific asset to talk about or pretty photo to go with them. Yet I really want to encourage people to place these speculative ads. These ads constantly widen the possibilities for sharing. It's free to post an ad with yours2share, so you've got nothing to lose. One great advantage of being involved in the creation of a new syndicate is that you can ensure that the time allocation, management, maintenance, location, and specification are what you want. Obviously this has to be agreed with the other partners, and these discussions are a key part of your assessment of your potential partners, but you have more chance of getting what you want if you are in the discussions at the outset. The disadvantage is that the whole process of gathering partners, agreeing the contract, buying the asset and setting up the management and maintenance, can take longer than simply buying a share from an existing syndicate. But this may still be quicker than waiting for the perfect share to be offered for sale. For example, here are some of the boats, aircraft and property that yours2share members want to share around the world:

To my astonishment, this will be my 27th yours2share newsletter. And finally, here are a few of yours2share's recent ads that I really like. Selected ads are entirely my choice, but the quality of the pictures is the key factor. Remember this if you are posting an ad. |
