Welcome yours2share's September newsletter. In this edition:
Backlinking heaven Some of you have been sufficiently impressed by what yours2share is trying to achieve, that you have kindly asked how you can help us. The easiest thing you can do to help us is to link back to yours2share. In the wonderful world of internet marketing, the most important thing is your Google Page Rank. yours2share is a respectable PR=3, not bad for a young website. But it is vital for our success that we improve this page rank and to do this, we have to increase substantially the number of sites linking to yours2share. So if you belong to My Space, Facebook, Twitter, Bebo, Mashable, Jaiku or any other social networking site, please link to yours2share. Or if you have a blog or website, please write about us and/or link to us. If you can use the keywords "fractional ownership" or "fractional rent" in or around the link, that makes the link even better! Wherever possible, I will arrange a reciprocal link back to you. Then we both benefit. Why not post an ad? If you have registered to reply to an ad or are still comtemplating placing an ad with yours2share, then why not post an ad? The sooner you post it, the sooner that you will find out if there are suitable partners out there. It's free to post up to two ads, and it's dead easy. Plus if you have any problems, our phone number is there right on the ad posting page, so you can call for help. What have you got to lose? We can't think of anything! Avoiding the spam filters I've been contacted by several members recently because they have had no response to their reply to an ad. I've checked and the notification emails are going out properly. I can see also lots of messages toing and froing between members. So these unresponsive members are not receiving the emails at all, they are being caught by their spam filters or they aren't bothering to respond. If this email arrived in your junk, bulk or spam folder, then this is probably happening to all emails from yours2share. To overcome this problem, please add admin@yours2share.com to your safe sender list or address book, or click the "not junk" button if provided. Otherwise our emails will continue to go to your spam folder and we don't think we belong there. If you do receive replies to your ads, please have the courtesy to respond, even if you have found a sharing partner. And if this is the case, please delete your ad. If you are waiting for a response to a reply, you can always call me. Please leave it for a few days as some people don't check their email when they are on holiday. Obviously I cannot give you the other member's contact details, but I can email or phone them to check that they have received the response.
