Please take time to send a letter in support of Kim Savage for the College of DuPage Board of Trustees. Talking points are included below for use in creating your own letter, or feel free to use the sample letter for which there will be a link on the front of the OTDB website very soon.
Please forward this information to at least five people and request that they also send a letter.

About Kim Savage
· 30 years of experience in higher education administration, including assessment of student learning initiatives, student activities advising, facilities management, policy and budget analysis, program development and review, and strategic planning for organizational achievement and capital projects. · Served on the Consortium for Government Relations in Student Affairs as the representative for the Association of College Unions International. This consortium works with a lobbyist in Washington, D.C. on behalf of five higher education associations. · Serve as the Public Policy Liaison for the Association of College Unions International · Served for 2 years on the Hinsdale South High School Vision-Mission Committee. · Passionate about higher education and community service. · Active in professional activities. · Came in next on the ballot for the College of DuPage Board of Trustees in 2007.
In the future this space will rotate. 1st week of the month, we'll have BLUE DUPAGE highlighting local businesses who are fair and friendly to Democrats and discouraging patronage of establishments that are not. Please send us your suggestions for next week. 2nd week of the month, we'll highlight the work of one of our oversight committees...County Board, Election Commission etc. 3rd week of the month, we'll have TLC Corner. Please send information on charitable events and causes where we can help and at the same time demonstrate our Democratic values! 4th week of the month, we'll return again to Candidate Spotlight. If you are a candidate and have not been highlighted, please send a picture and short issue piece to let your voters know what you stand for and how they can help you!

THROUGH FEB 4th IN-PERSON ABSENTEE. This is a paper ballot for those who do not want to use the machines. Pass the judges and ask for this ballot at the counter at the Election Commission.
