Greetings! Happy Spring to everyone! Thank you all for your support of our business and for forwarding our last email to your friends, family and neighbors!
In this economy, we would like to share with you how important it is to make certain that any contractor you use is fully insured. Because the housing market is slow, many painting contractors who worked exclusively for home builders are out of work. They are migrating in to the residential arena but are not accustomed to working with home owners in general or working in a home that is fully lived in. They typically spray the walls of an empty home and are not used to painting around furniture, molding, trim, carpeting, cabinets, pets, etc. We have been hearing many unfortunate stories from clients (from their neighbors - friends - family) about painting contractors who offer a cheap price but the end result is an unprofessional paint job. Here is just one example of this: A painting contractor, who was referred by the homeowner's interior designer, spilled paint on a homeowner's carpet, kitchen cabinets and countertops and unfortunately, he was not insured. We know that mistakes or accidents are going to happen but please know that we are fully insured!
One of our clients told us that in tough business times, the 'cream' rises to the top. Thanks for your compliment, Dan! Remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Our prices are fair AND we offer superior painting experience from start to finish. For any contractor (electrician, carpenter, etc.) that you hire to work in your home, please ask them to provide you with proof of insurance.
With Mothers Day coming up, please consider us as a gift option for a wife who has been wanting to get a special room painted or a mother who has everything! It also makes a great idea for a child's birthday! We will soon be painting a teenager's bedroom while they are at school. When she arrives home, her parents will surprise her with a newly painted (and very hip!!) bedroom to hang out in. Please contact us and we will create a unique gift certificate tucked inside of a decorated paint can - the gift will already be wrapped for you!
Finally, charitable contributions are down and they need our help! Therefore, will be donating a percentage of each job to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, which we chose due to Melissa's cancer history. We thank all of YOU for your support and we hope you enjoy all of the photos below! It has been a busy Spring for us - we feel very blessed.
