ITIL-to-ISO in 1 Day


ISOISO 20K Foundation Bridge is a one (1) day, instructor led course designed for IT professionals certified in the IT Infrastructure Library™ (ITIL) looking to learn, and become certified in, the international Standard for IT Service Management (ITSM), ISO/IEC 20000.    

 

Course is delivered in our Virtual Classroom, (4 hours per day over 2 days) and allows ITIL Foundation Certified Professionals to earn their ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation Bridge Cert in just 8 class hours.

It was recently announced that the 2011 Edition of the ITIL Core Library will publish on July 29, 2011. Notice that I did not refer to the new release with a new version number - and with good reason.  All future revisions to the ITIL publications will be referenced by the year that it was published.  ITIL will finally only be ITIL.  From our perspective, all of the discussed updates are great news and will really improve our ability to use the core books.

June 30 was the final day for taking (or re-taking) the V2-V3 Manager's Bridge exam as a fast track to ITIL Expert.  If you are an ITIL V1 or V2 Service Manager and missed this opportunity, all is not lost.
