Jayne Explains: ITIL Lifecycle Classes

Jayne Groll, co-founder and President of ITSM Academy, dishes about the ITIL Lifecycle classes and ITSM Academy's boot camps.

Service Transition will run February 21-23, finishing up at noon on Wednesday, followed by Service Operation which will start at 1 pm on Wednesday, and continue thru February 25 at 5 pm. Exams will be web-based and scheduled at your convenience after the Boot Camp.

With a single stroke, she liberated 1,500,000 men, women and children, and brought freedom to the last slave-holding country in the western hemisphere.
