2008 itSMF USA Fusion Conference |
Earlier this month, we participated in the 2008 itSMF USA Conference in San Fransico, CA. As Gold Sponsors of itSMF USA and founding members of several Local Interest Groups (LIGs), we were once again pleased with the quality of the show, and the post conference training.
During the conference, more than 100 speakers presented a myriad of sessions on key insights in ITSM best practices, innovative new strategies, and real-world results. Along with the expert insight on ITIL V3, the ten conference tracks included topics such as the expansion of service management well beyond the traditional boundaries of IT and managing the change required for transitioning to ITSM practice. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to see us in our booth. The 9th Annual itSMF USA Conference & Expo will be held Sept. 20-23, 2009, in our "2nd Hometown", Dallas, TX. We look forward to seeing you there! |

ITSM Academy Alumni |
"The Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE) class provides an opportunity to understand the basics of process improvement from an IT service management perspective, without bias towards a particular framework or proprietary methodology. Unlike many business process oriented approaches, CPDE provides an IT process lane that is tailored to the needs of the IT community. It compliments BPM initiatives and can help IT process design and improvement teams get on the Right Road to ITSM excellence." ~ John W, Principal, IT Service Delivery Organization

Happy September! ITSM Academy | ITSM Bookstore
"The breezes taste Of apple peel. The air is full Of smells to feel- Ripe fruit, old footballs, Burning brush, New books, erasers, Chalk, and such.
The bee, his hive, Well-honeyed hum, And Mother cuts Chrysanthemums. Like plates washed clean With suds, the days Are polished with A morning haze."
- John Updike, September
