That said, we'll bet many of you will know which of us uses her ITIL knowledge to enhance her already awesome Mom skills. "Some of you may have heard that my 13 year old son has gone on his first date. Realizing this costs money, along with his increasing desire to look "good", he wants more funds! He has asked to earn some additional dollars around the house. I suggested that he put together a Service Catalog and then we could talk about rates, expected results and timeframes (SLAs)."
