This new title, endorsed by APM Group, the official ITIL® Accreditor, provides an overview of the purpose, objectives, and format of the examination to help candidates pass the ITIL® v3 Foundation exam.  It is the textbook used in all ITSM Academy Public ITIL® v3 Foundation classes.
