 20TH We struggle with themes of loss and return. Our source of nurturance needs to be an affirmation of our spiritual essence. We seek deeply caring and compassionate people to support our physical dimension. Our ability to be sensitive is encouraged to express itself through artistic, psychic or mystical venues. We are drawn to volunteer where needed or get involved with charitable work. But our sense of the sacred is coloured by our experience, or lack of it, in the formation and severance of emotional ties. Ties with maternal or spiritual figures are explored. We come to terms with misperceptions of our parents if we can get beyond our emotional intensity. Psychic energies or other-worldly influences can cloud our minds too. We are closely connected to those who have passed over into spirit. If there are any karmic issues we will work on them. Sympathy for people who constantly drain us because they lean on us or cannot help themselves is undeserved. They are merely escaping personal responsibility. Alcohol or drugs will lure weak souls into this form of escape. Therapy can be a source of loving and giving.

SUN ENTERS ARIES Welcome to Spring! The first sign of the Zodiac was never more important. With Jupiter and Uranus entering this sign our transformational processes are escalated. We have opportunities to change and grow with pioneering style and flare. This makes the Sun in Aries even more enthusiastic and spontaneous. Feeling too indomitable we may override our wisest choice. The impulse to conquer and the urge to initiate are accentuated. Taking on too much will be the burden of those born in Aries. Feeling like life is too much can happen to most of us. Disregarding reality because of blind fury and passion will only thrill us till it wears off. The short-sightedness of this sign is brave if not innocent in its lack of planning. It is necessary to catch ourselves when ploughing headlong into things with a child-like abandon. No one is invincible. People are lacking in sensitivity or emotional supportiveness so they will be blunt, emphatic, candid, self-assertive and goal minded. There is a lot of get-up-and- go in this sign but if we do not focus it can be all got up and went.

21ST The desire to create and build a solid and realistic nurturing structure in our life can be blocked by resistance that can comes in the form of withholding or demanding states of others. It is necessary to steer around these harsh obstacles to self-validation. We need to modify other people's affect on our need for approval. It can be as simple as needing someone who is absent or unavailable and realizing this is our pattern. We can be hard on ourselves, judgmentally harsh and self-disciplined in order to be accepted. This is not a loving approach. Those who are irresponsible have never learned how to take on mature responsibilities. For them things are harsh because they have to start doing for themselves. The obligations and constraint we shoulder for our children can cause a degree of tension to develop.

CERES ENTERS PISCESWe get the opportunity to connect to and become unified with a reality beyond ourselves. This can be spiritual or experienced in real space and time. It can come through alleviating the suffering of others, empathy or inspiring them with faith and universal love. We can transcend our reality, identify with compassion and touch base with true nurturing qualities. For some Chiron in this sign triggers the need to deal with the imbalances that occurred due to childhood. A lack of reassurance and emotional support can cause some to feel helpless and powerless. We will see this in the victim-martyr roles that will play out. Others will judge themselves by their ability to serve selflessly without expectation of return but this too is a misplacement of self-acceptance. We must accept the state of our soul's evolution and nurture that infancy.

22ND DISSEMINATING MOON This may not be the best news phase that we would normally expect. What appear to be disbursed will be some disquieting stories about close family members. Health issues surround females and it is the unexpected and unforeseen that are around males which can be stroke and heart attack. On the lighter side emotional issues are stirred up and purged which can allow for positive growth. We learn a lot from this phase and need to turn our mind to the positive or uplifting. Healing the past is a huge deal in this climate. Old issues, jealousies, avarice, abuse of power and manipulation need to be accounted. The temptation to gossip is self-serving and the adrenaline produced by gossiping can be addictive. We need to keep our energy clean.

Our thought forms around relationship will go askew. We can feel one way, even though it is the other because we do not want to realise it. Wherever relationship tends to limit us we will be required to give up something to retain what we value. Do we choose to fulfil ourselves or our relationship's needs? Are we putting too much of ourselves into our relationships? Or is the relationship demanding too much of us. We have the opportunity to figure this out. Wherever there is a disproportionate distribution of our time and attentions we will feel it. It is important to weigh our objectives in the balance and modify where necessary.

24TH This disintegration process will be disorienting both out in the world and within our internalisations. No doubt it will be conflictive. We turn things inside out in an overly self-critical manner. Uncertainty makes an expectation seem more daunting. Even those with a powerful sense of their own authority will be humbled. Unrealistic hopes will be disappointed. It is necessary to sort, restructure and learn from our frustrations and mistakes while we reformulate our long range plan. Control is a hot issue to be dissolved or reshaped. The narrows of the judgemental are shallowly perceptible. Past transgressions, apprehension or irrational fear can haunt us deluding our reality with illusion. Things seem worse than they are. Depression and self-doubt divert us from a more positive reconstruction of our understandings about the world.

26TH LAST QUARTER MOON A financial crisis can be looming so do not put anything out on a limb. Overt optimism and greed can move people to speculate on a bigger scale than they can maintain long term. There are positive indicators that can be used more moderately. For some this can be a winning combination, but for others it can be their downfall. Spending money recklessly is another danger to avoid. Be practical and wise, keep committed to a budget and if you gamble do so moderately. The purpose of these influences will be to rearrange our value system and flush out any self-development issues around power, greed and competitiveness at any cost.

28TH Two forces exactly opposite in nature are playing tug of war. One is contractive and the other expansive. This creates wavering and restlessness. The contractive force is in a phase of restructuring our limitations and responsibilities. A freewheeling expansive energy therefore creates a tipping point. We get stretched while we are trying to shrink. This shamanistic process is clarifying when approached with conscious guidance. We rewrite our agreements, boundaries and responsibilities to create a new self-order. It is the narrow rigidity of our lifestyle that is being deconstructed. The goal is to break away from the weight of the past. Self-confidence will be found with progress.

30TH BALSAMIC MOON We are in the hands of the magician so anything is possible as long as we believe. It is possible to step into the unknown, take the uncommon path and bring an end to situations we have long been bridled with. We will be excited and afraid but prompted to act and guided by our senses. Again financial situations are not well founded and can easily fall apart so do not invest blindly. Accidents can occur due to distraction or not being in the moment when operating machinery, equipment or sharp implements. We can cost ourselves a hefty expense if we act without discretion, care and caution. Believing in a false reality can create a shock to our whole being. It is time to assimilate what must be and get on with it.

Separation anxiety is particularly acute. Our sense of wounding feels bottomless. We need a deep mystical connection with the Earth to ground ourselves in why we are here and a keen sense about nature in order to heal. Deep in our essence of self mother and child issues are the keys to unlocking self-healing. Nurturing and nourishing are the things we must give ourselves. We are concerned with quality of life, environmental issues, crops and weather. Family situations can become rebellious, eccentric or unorthodox as these tensions occur. Parental tensions are a concern for our children.

MERCURY RETROGRADE Mercury retrograde periods are an extremely important period of getting signals that can lead us to our Soul. Take an unusual view, look back with a new perspective, see the patterns, both productive and destructive, and then when it goes direct, we implement our new insights and perspectives into new ways of seeing, communicating, and envisioning. Mercury retrograde reminds us that efficiency is built upon stability, so think of it as a maintenance period, ideal for revisiting old problems that call for action but lay ignored. If communication problems exist, Mercury retrograde will bring them back to our attention. By taking time out to resolve them now we will be better equipped to make smooth progress in the future. This is not to say Mercury retrograde is always a bad thing. Far from it, it is actually an ideal time to do some other things, like: research a new project thoroughly, catch up on paperwork, do the follow-ups on a project already started, hold an information-sharing meeting, and enjoy a wacky sense of humour. It is a good time to re-do anything we did not do right in the first place, or to do something we wanted to do again.

There was a new sense of financial prosperity blooming; however this is not the time to buy into this type of investment climate. We need to be very careful with financial dealings. False optimism can cause us to take foolish risks which may further limit our resources. Where we have not learned already, our ideals will be challenged for relevance, realism and applicability. Whatever egocentric lesson we have not already grasped is opportune now. Indiscretions can waste our time and energy. Avoid false fronts, dazzling pronouncements and baffling manipulations. Check the fine print. Grand expectations can anticipate equal disappointment. We are open to charitableness but may not be discreet about who and where. Impractical abstractions are dissolved so the spiritual views and ideals that remain can be actualised.

1st MARS ENTERS ARIESAries is always about making a new start and the Mars energy is about using our assertiveness in new ways. This first sign of the zodiac is chock-a-block full of all manner of planetary confluence. It is not a normal or natural year in any respect when you get one of the most disruptive outer planets scouting the way at the beginning of our zodiac. We are in the throes of major cycles involving the solar system and its relationship with the universe. So too will each individual be reconfiguring their place and purpose for life. It is definitely not the time to weep and wail and mourn our lot in life, we have to get on with it. This is a signal that we must deal with forward change.

On the more mundane side of our experience with Mars in Aries the power of our will becomes stronger, pushier and inflammatory. An abundance of independent self-assertive physical energy can be intemperate. So we have to be careful as we are quick to anger, ready to do battle, easily competitive or challenged and otherwise restless and fidgety. All of this can cause accident or confrontation. This is pioneering energy and we have a maverick companion by our side so transformational change is imminent unless we squander the advantage on reactionary inflation. If we have wanted to make changes in life we can start making things happen. In other words, through the power of our will, we will affirm to others that we are committing to a course of action! We need to take a stand about what we intend to create in our life and find others that will support and empower us in following through. Now is the time to deepen our level of commitment to implementing our goals. Let Mars in Aries be our ally, supporter and coach!

2ND VESTA ENTERS AQUARIUSThis is one of the most transformational of all signs for Vesta to occupy. Within this field of influence she will be constantly searching for information about what must be changed. All rules must eventually be changed as circumstances change and Vesta is the one that will attend to those details. We are connecting to the universal laws here which overrule all else, especially whatever stands in the way. This is a humanitarian, social or political influence for which freedom is of paramount concern. Rebellion against authority figures would be something to expect. The strong detached focus that will be generated can feel alienating as it seems to be unpossessive and noncommittal. We can be focused on friends, on dealing with groups of people or about new and different, even shocking, projects. We can be stimulated by our ideals and devoted to the service of humanity. Often we may have to deny our own desires to attend to new responsibilities. Groups of people can gather to share their ideals.

3RD NEW MOON This new lunar month starts out with a conspicuous emphasis on getting in touch with our higher self. The powers of transformation are exponential. We can grow beyond our emotional limitations. Intuitive inclinations are well worth pursuing. We are grounded in our pioneering effort to rekindle our faith and trust in ourselves within the universe. Taking 100% responsibility the Ho'oponopono way we vanquish woundedness by cleansing ourselves of whatever kinetic links there are between the soul and the experience or with others in the circumstances. The wisdom of focused serenity will guide us into the unknown reservoirs of our untapped potentials. There will be the lower vibrational entities that will use this formidable atmosphere for their own gain and acquisition, but such is the world. Heal ourselves and we help to heal others. We must not get embroiled in the more materialistic side of life.

This is an explosive combination of energies so we have to display the ultimate flexibility to get through it unscathed. Slow down to a snail's pace and be decidedly deliberate in every thought, word and action. Hold back, watch, look, listen and be cautious where everyone else is concerned. This means on the road, working with sharp instruments, operating equipment or machinery and every other thing that could cause harm if we rush carelessly, erratically, inconsistently and unpredictably to fulfil our cause of the moment. A fast and furious, anger, resentment, irritation, defiance or rebelliousness can put us out of control. This motivation, however, can get us out of our rut. It can help leaders rise to the top. Interesting, unusual and revolutionary activities can manifest as plans change and reactions are sharp. Sudden desires spring forth, order can be upset or we can experience a surprise. Not all of them bad. Transformation can help us break free or breakthrough.

4TH NEPTUNE ENTERS PISCESThis planet was discovered in 1846 and will be completing its first solar orbit since it was sighted. It will be celebrating the first birthday of its existence in our awareness. Prior to 1846 it was invisible to us, without identity or influence to our conscious reality. Coinciding with the discovery of Neptune, the birth of Spiritualism in 1848 came with the discovery that we are able to communicate with spirit which gave us our first evidence of life after death. By 1855 two million people were followers of the movement that was later disorganized by fraudulent practitioners. It resurfaced after the First World War as people struggled to deal with the loss of loved ones. We are likely to see Spiritualism as a source for improving our experience on earth. Neptune symbolises our potential to deepen our relationship with the infinite. Transcendentalism will be inspired by galactic consciousness and politics will become based on the universe. A growing contempt for militarism and global chauvinism is expected. With Uranus also entering Aries it will assist the worldwide spread of enlightenment. In the decade to come, the highest creation of the galactic and universal worlds will profoundly enlighten us with joy.

Neptune in Pisces is our connection to the "collective unconscious" dreams, imagination, visions, fantasy, romance, illusions, and redemption. It also has a strong connection to "inherited life issues" from parents or ancestors. These are the images and emotions that remain active within our psyche and continue to unconsciously affect us in our everyday life and in our relationships with other people. We evaluate whether our life is simply a shallow masquerade with little meaning as a spiritual being and explore our beliefs about the existence of an "immortal soul". We want to find peace and more meaning in life. Our faith is stimulated and we discover the inadequacy of the rational intellect. Psychic abilities are aroused by this influence and we will be concerned with any means for getting in touch with the deeper dimensions of existence. We must serve our spiritual needs and will encounter the spiritual dimension of life. This is our opportunity to share an essential oneness with all beings.

5TH In order to make our relationship to life more fulfilling and complete we will assimilate the adjustments that will intermingle our priorities to reduce self-sacrifice or its opposite, obsession-compulsion. We will peel away the layers of consciousness that have created our terms of relationship. Seeking balance we slip out of circumstances where control and domination affect equality and fairness. We are concerned with "right relationship" but may have to sift and sort through old patterns, memories, fears, anxieties, hopes, expectations and inner resistances to connect to the inner yearning for simple, unconditional, all-embracing love. In search of wholesomeness we need to harmonise our personal needs with others.

7TH CRESCENT MOON Enlightenment is an aggregate that builds itself through the unconscious which creates acts of synchronicity. Unusual adventures excite the molecules of our thought processes and stimulate new awareness. Destiny is our rudder and if we trust the journey we will be drawn to growth that will forever change our lives. Not much is going on with the captains of industry as conditions continue to dissolve, mutate and break apart. Many will rebirth themselves into relevancy for our times and humanity's needs. The harder we hold the bit of what must be between our teeth the greater the chance of needing dentures to prove our humility. Following the path of least resistance is a downward funnel. Directing the vortex of our being toward aspiration will help us to be drawn to what we need and what will best empower our future.

9TH PLUTO RETROGRADEThis is a very dynamic but subtle force. In the background of our psyche we will ponder some things, questions, decisions, conflicts, and deep urges very slowly because if these considerations were brought to the awakened consciousness we would not be ready to face them. For whatever reason, we are not ready and the pressure to face metamorphic change is easing off to let us sift through subconscious information to find our comfort zone with what needs be. Now the energy submerges into the deep, uncharted territory of our subconscious to produce dreams, visions, meditations and inspirations to link us with the path of destined unfoldment that we resonate with. Subconscious messages, the first conscious thoughts in the morning, dreams and other reliable inner dialogue are the answers that map the way. We have a psychological breather so we can make a plan of action to move forward. We have to gather the fortitude we need to make the choices we do not want to make before we are forced to do what we think we cannot.

11TH FIRST QUARTER We will be tested, challenged and required to defend the validity of our position. Too many ideas become a swarm that overwhelms our ability to evaluate and we tend to operate in reactionary mode. Such knee-jerk reactions are confused and misguided which only ends up hurting us in the process. Reaffirming relationship will occur for those who are meant to be together. Healing wounds of childhood or helping children will be effective. Travelling for health reasons will be rejuvenating. We have a tendency to spend a lot of money. It can be retail therapy or simply too much optimism but our spending is more than our pocket book contains. Feeling good about ourselves does not depend upon this. Look deeper into the self and listen to the voice that talks about the highest good.

The tendency to over dramatise and exaggerate, become obsessive about the importance of our own inner issues or try to push and control in overdrive needs re-evaluation. The strength and credibility of our assertions, efforts and self-importance will be tested. Ambitions are accentuated which can prove valuable depending on the strength and credibility of our choices. This combination of influences can produce personal transformation or an obsessive-compulsive effort to achieve at whatever means available. The atmosphere is ripe for psychological work, intense cleansing and purging, or personal grooming in or out of therapy. We are out of step with each other so confrontation and conflict is possible. Avoid dangerous places, those with road rage, violent areas or situations where there is a risk of assault.

14TH GIBBOUS MOON Influences are building, taking shape, gathering form and coming into existence. Take the time needed to make sure all is assembled without error. We can use our resources to make more resources. Our commitments to rebuilding what was can affect the relationships that pre-exist the plan. People will change, separate, grow apart or find that circumstances break things up. What we are left with are the nurturing, caring and like minded others who are most important. Temptations are our worst vice; selfishness, jealousy, avarice, manipulation, gossip and backstabbing can hurt everyone. If we are carrying a lot of debt this can be a time when a solvency plan comes together and we change our entire way of budgeting our financial outlay. Self-destructive or degenerative thoughts, words or actions must be curtailed in light of creating better daily life.

17TH We are so focused on our inner disturbances that we can become fixated on people who understand us. But they may be likewise challenged to confront the inner wounds that underlie their outer behaviour. So we need to avoid projecting expectation onto others because by doing so we seed the creation of our own disappointment. In our woundedness we can assume a posture of superiority. This will be abated by listening with a trained ear. If we do nothing, we can fall into negativity, pessimism or depression. Otherwise we become inspired by a new optimism and through this we are an inspiration to others.

FULL MOON Emotional wilfulness threatens to derail and undo all the good that has gone before. Too much criticism or analysis scatters clarity in too many directions so cohesiveness cannot be reached. Some have lost their way and have to find themselves again but that will not be achieved through the rational mind. We need to find our higher self connection so we can ground it to the core of the earth on which we walk. Yes, we are metamorphing and integrating our walk and talk. Positive relationships will help us to sense and feel our way, inching along uncharted territory moving farther and farther away from what would be our easy way out. Commitment to our highest good is not taken lightly by the universe. It does not matter what else we are doing with our life, the integrity of our inner self must be re-established.

18TH We are working on ourselves internally; analysing life structure and armour. This is a critical point in that journey. Wherever we are channelling our concentration and attention things can get critical. Turning ourselves inside out makes us touchy, protective and aggressive. We duel with rules and the limitations around us. But only if our direction is right for us will we be looking at the final leg of completion. Lessons of humility come when our self-authority meets with defeat as ambitions collapse. Delays help us to redo our plan of action so our efforts will be more constructive. Other people can cause us to feel limited by inhibition and therefore feeling inadequate and indecisive. For some this influence can cause irritation and annoyance if not ego conflict. Those who use this power to target other people's psychological weak spots may be venting their anger and grievance. Whatever we are doing we must take 100% responsibility, accept temporary limitation and learn how to assert a stable self-authority with superiors.

Be careful with illusion, fear and misunderstanding for you will have much on your mind. There are issues surrounding residence or parents. SUN ENTERS ARIES Happy Birth Days for those born in Aries! Be real, be kind and come to terms with your misperceptions. Identify your psychic vampires, people who drain you, and the psychological issues that cause you to self-degenerate and self-destruct. Be real about investment, indebtedness and legacy. Removing the blocks in communication and habitual thinking will remove the obstacles to progress. CERES ENTERS PISCES This is like food for the soul, nourishment and comfort as it compels your automatic pilot toward wholesomeness. Disproportionate involvement in other people's lives takes away from your ability to invest in your own but you are putting yourself there because you do not realise what you want. Disintegration is all around you and within you. You will fare better the more you work on grounding yourself. Disintegration of your old structures and foundational beliefs will put you in a quandary or other state of limbo. You are growing but it feels like you are only shrinking because of the control your thoughts have over your perspective. The anxiety of separation bubbles beneath the surface of your conscious thoughts. Parents may be of concern. Lessons about the ego can make you prone to false optimism and deluded factual analysis. MARS ENTERS ARIES Big changes occur with what work you do or how you do it and it has much to do with self-expression. Put health as priority number one nonetheless. VESTA ENTERS AQUARIUS Income and asset base are most likely to benefit from this intense transformational focus which employs other great agents of change. Kaboom! An emotional roller coaster ride will have you off-kilter unless you work on your grounding and do not exaggerate the facts. NEPTUNE ENTERS PISCES The barriers to free-thought will be dissolved and hard core definitions will become impressionistic as you mutate by dissolving the encrustations and aggregations of your mind. Be inspired. PLUTO RETROGRADE The morphic resonance that is calling you to another way in life will work with your rational mind so it can see opportunities for transformational progress. Other people are not the answer to your challenge, inner wounds and inner disturbances they only lead to disappointment. Trust in yourself. It is very possible you will realise what actually nurtures your spirit and which friends are a healthy influence for you. SUN ENTERS ARIES Slipping into the deepest subconscious self and stirring things up makes this a stabilizing and growth oriented period of self-realisation. Removing the blocks within family dynamics by assuming self-validation will modify the affect others have on you. CERES ENTERS PISCES Cleansing the psyche means eliminating old misperceptions, unrealistic projections of roles and expectation by stripping yourself down to just you in the womb of the universe. You are growing beyond the definition of relating that has always governed your identity. Taking a leap of faith from what is expected to what you believe in will take courage as the pre-existing judgemental illusion has strong hooks within your nature. Only you can appreciate the exponential growth offering that exists within your higher self and it need not be approved of or accepted by the everyday world. MARS ENTERS ARIES A bee in a hornet's nest of the brain activates all your centres and senses, brings thoughts to mind you would never have entertained and opens the portholes of your awareness. VESTA ENTERS AQUARIUS Use your mind as a transformational and healing agent; the normal ten percent will not be good enough, stretch your abilities to form rational as well as inspired thoughts. Good luck with work, finding a job, building a business or career comes because you have earned it through your transformational work. NEPTUNE ENTERS PISCES Intuitive resources can be developed as you are receptive to their refined transmission. Accounting for human nature and knowing more than you want to know you are developing greater but wiser compassion. PLUTO RETROGRADE With this karmic assistant you can slip away from old patterns, family restrictions, habitual grooves and move more toward being one with yourself.
