The Trident Corporate Volunteer Council had their 4th quarter meeting on November 15th.  Blackbaud hosted the lunch meeting, and Kimberlee Wilkerson, Senior Vice President/Strategic Marketing Executive for Bank of America, N.A, discussed Brand Management and Corporate Social Responsibility.  Kim's passion and commitment to civic engagement was contagious, and many walked away inspired by her company's corporate culture of giving back.

TYSD logo

TYSD is the local celebration of Global Youth Service Day...in other words, a Day of Caring for Youth!  There are many ways for you and your company or organization to get involved:
  • Recruit youth teams by spreading the word through schools, faith-based organizations, sports teams, neighborhood clubs, your children's networks, etc.
  • Be a role model for these young people.  Volunteer as an adult team co-captain, chaperone or project coordinator.
  • Lend your expertise and ideas to the planning committee.
  • Support the TYSD event or specific projects as a sponsor.

Visit TYSD2012.org for more information about how you can be part of this amazing event.
