Emergency Contact Update

In order to keep our records current we are asking all Del Norte members to update their emergency contact information on their account. Please fill out a CHANGE FORM at the front desk. Thank you for your help in keeping our records up to date.

New Launches!

Don't miss out on two new launches coming this week!

BodyAttack™ 76 will launch on Thursday, May 3rd and BodyPump™81 will launch on Friday, May 4th. One lucky member from the BodyAttack™ launch and the BodyPump™ launch will win a free Del Norte T-Shirt. Raffle tickets will be given out at the beginning of each class on launch day.

Swim Team Time Trials

The outdoor pool will be reserved for the Del Norte Dolphins Swim Team time trials on Saturday, May 12th from 7:00am-2:30pm. Thank you for your continued support of our swim team.

Romania Medical Mission Team

Here is an opportunity to help provide much needed medical supplies for villages in Romania. Please bring your donations to the front desk by May 6th. Below is a list of items they desperately need:

Motrin (200mg) & Tylenol (350mg)(generic is fine)

Toothbrushes

Gauze & Bandages-all sizes

Disposable Latex Gloves

Batteries-AA

Sandwich Baggies with zip lock

Blood sugar machines

Blood Pressure machines

The Arcade Church will be sending a team to Romania this summer. They would appreciate any donations from the above list.

KCRA A-List Contest

If you love Del Norte, now is your time to let people know! Vote for us on the KCRA A-List Contest that is running now through May 18th . We are under the Best Gym category. You can access it on our website home page www.delnorteclub.com or on our Facebook page. If you feel comfortable supporting us, we would appreciate your votes. Lets see if we can be one of the "Best" as voted on by our members!

Parent's Night Out

We are looking for "little campers" ages 2-12 for this month's Parent's Night Out. The fun begins on Friday, May 18th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Cost is $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional for members. Non-members pay $20 for the first child and $15 for each additional child. See you there.

Summer Day Camp is Coming!

Summer is coming fast; so get ready for an all out fun, wild and crazy SPLASH-TASTIC Summer here at Del Norte. Members and non-members are invited to join the Del Norte staff on an exciting adventure featuring awesome field trips, great team building activities, great food and some crazy competitions. So if you are 5-13 years old and excited about summer we want you to join us for an amazing time filled with everyone's summer favorites!!! Del Norte T-Shirts are now available for purchase at the front desk. The cost is $18.00 per shirt. Purchase yours today while supplies last!

Community Bulletin Board

Del Norte now has a community bulletin board for our members. If you have something "community related" that you would like to post on the board please see Ann at the front desk. All flyers must be pre-approved by Ann before posting to the board.

Swim Diapers Now Available!

The swim season is upon us and we want to remind all our "little swimmers" who are not potty trained that swim diapers must be worn while in the pool. For your convenience they are available for purchase at the front desk for $2.00 each.

Dolphins Swim Practice

The Del Norte Dolphins swim practice is held in the outdoor pool from 3:30pm until 8:30pm Monday thru Friday. All five lanes of the outdoor pool will be reserved for the team. One of the triangle corners will be available for open swim during these times.

Aquatic News

Get ready for the up and coming swim season. Del Norte Aquatics has something for every age group and ability. It is never too late to become more comfortable in the water. We feel that a good base, being able to easily float, have good timing of breathing and breath control, and propelling yourself through the water is key to a good swim stroke.

We offer Privates, Semi-Privates, Small Group Lesson and our Developmental Team that runs just like swim team but on a smaller and slower scale. Swimmers can join any lesson that is currently in session if space allows and we will pro-rate the tuition cost. In addition, we are currently running a special lesson rate, Family Privates (4x25 min.=$80) up to 2 swimmers or Semi-Privates (4x25 min.=$60 per family min. 2 families with max 4 swimmers) when taken with a Coach in Training, (new instructors).

Junior Tennis and Drop-in Clinics

Junior Tennis Session #2 has started. Sign-up sheets and informational flyers are available at the front desk and on the tennis bulletin board. There are lessons for all levels from Beginners to Advanced.

Beginner Women's Clinic on Tuesday mornings. Contact Arnie for more information.

Drop-in Adult Clinics are offered on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:00am and on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm. Cost is $10.00 per person.
