Featured Artist - David Maass |
|
While N.C. Wyeth is a tough act to follow, our Featured Artist this year can hold his own quite nicely. One of our early exhibitors, David Maass is a 1973 alumnus of the Waterfowl Festival. He and his work have returned numerous times since then in various venues - Gold Room, Masters Gallery, and Duck Stamps, where David appeared with his winning Federal Duck Stamp image in 1982.
David returns this year with both original images and giclee prints, allowing even budget-minded collectors to purchase this Master's work. He also will be on hand to autograph copies of one of his books, Wildfowl of North America.
