Make a Difference this Holiday Season |

At the core of Jestership is a commitment to make a difference in the lives of those around us. Encouraging Jestership in our own organizations can certainly provide an ongoing challenge, but the wider world out there could use some help too!
This holiday season, let's think big. Below are a couple avenues we have mentioned in previous newsletters you can use to create impact in the world around you. If you haven't already participated in one or the other, think about doing so over the holiday season!
Kiva is a organization that allows you to loan money (in increments as low as $25) to unique small businesses in the developing world through micro loan financing. Using Kiva, you "sponsor a business" and help the world's working poor make great strides towards economic independence. Check out Kiva by clicking here.
Free Rice is such a clever idea - we wish we thought of it first! This website hosts a fun online vocabulary game with a twist. For every right answer a player makes, 20 grains of rice are donated through the United Nations to help combat world hunger. Increase your vocabulary and do some good - we love the combination!
