Since mentioning them in our May newsletter, we received a number of requests for more about JetBlue Airways - specifically about the way they assess learning. We quickly picked up the phone and, before you know it, the wonderful folks there supplied us with a PowerPoint we could share with you!
Entitled "Overview of Evaluation Strategy and Results for Leadership Link", the short PowerPoint contains a brief overview of collection methods used by JetBlue as well as a summary of feedback Corporate Jester received after our recent visit.
