Hutto Centennial Attracts Huge Crowds

Community Celebrates 100 years of history

On July 16th, Hutto welcomed a huge crowd to celebrate Hutto's Centennial. This event drew an estimated 6,500 visitors to the community, and hosted headliners  Los Lonely Boys, Bob Schneider, Dale Watson, Curtis Grimes, and Ray Wylie Hubbard.

Other weekend festivities included an ice cream social, a Movie in the Park, a hot air balloon launch, a parade, carnival rides, arts and craft vendors, and much more. The Hutto Economic Development Corporation would like to extend their thanks to the 1911 Foundation, the Centennial Committee, and the City of Hutto Parks and Recreation Department for creating a dynamic venue and lineup for this historic event.
