Greetings!
We are only 7 days away from the official day of fall, September 22, 2009. This is my favorite time of the year. I am sitting here in my home office at 6:30 in the morning and the crisp cool air of 55 degrees is gently blowing in my window bringing the hope of change. Fall renews my spirit, motivates me to try new things and relaxes me all at the same time.
I am focusing on change this last quarter. Do you need to focus on change? I have included an article I wrote for the online magazine The Soko three years ago. I have been living these 5 tips for years. They really do help me get through tough times.
In this issue not only have I included my article on living a life of fulfillment but I also included my CV/Bio. Many of you don't really know that much about me. So, this is my first time spot lighting my qualifications in my newsletter. I am not trying to rub it in your face but it will assist you if you have pondered the notion of hiring me and it gives you a better knowledge of who I am.
I have also included this months 20% savings on my on site training or my on site overdue accounts recovery. The coupon is at the end of this newsletter.
Have a great last quarter, reevaluate your goals if you need to and let's all leave 2009 on an upswing. Thank you for subscribing to my newsletter, I appreciate you all so much.
Wishing you much success and happiness always,
Sue

Testimonial: Dr. Rodney Brimhall, Endodontist, Prescott, AZ: " I want to tell you about a gem I found back in 2003. Suzanne Robinson CC is a practice solutionist and certified life coach. She is the owner of Practice With Honor and The Money Doctors LLC. She has been on the front lines of practice building in dentistry for over 25 years. I used Suzanne in 2003 with outstanding results. My practice and my life have never been the same.
Over the 30 years I have been a dentist I have used several well known practice consultants but they did not possess that unique understanding of building a practice like Suzanne does. She loves dentistry. She understands the mind of the patient and the dentist. She calls herself, a Practice Solutionist because she finds unique creative solutions to building a practice according to that doctors personality and philosophy. No cookie cutter approach. She rolls up her sleeves and takes a personal interest in the success of her client and does not accept failure. She understands our local community, rural America, and that is a plus for me. I still consult with her when needed."

As we begin the last quarter of 2009, I wonder how many professionals are reaching the goals they set in January. If you are living a life of unfulfillment, on any level, my 5 tips below may get you back on your feet and moving forward.
Many of the dentists I coach share a common bond of living a life of unfulfillment in at least one area of their life. Their practice is not measuring up to what they thought it would be. They take very few days off in a year resulting in a lack of motivation and potential burn out. They love dentistry but are losing the drive to come to work. My 5 tips for living a life of fulfillment will offer you a different perspective and hopefully a different life. Tip #1. Never ever give up. Winston Churchill's immortal words have stuck with me my whole life. Sometimes I have to step away from a project or situation to rethink, regroup or seek out a professional in the area I'm working on to help me but I come back with a determination to get it done. Never ever give up!! Tip #2. Know what matters in your life. What is your purpose in life? If you do not know then sit down and jot down all the things you would like to do before you die. Does this include giving back to others? In what way? How would you implement that? When would you be willing to get started? Tip #3. Be grateful. Look around you. Take an inventory of all the people and things you have in your life that bring you that attitude of gratitude. Breath in how that makes you feel and then hold on to that moment. Even if bills are piling up and staff is challenging remember what you have and who you are. Tip #4 Stop procrastination. If you have a life of unfulfillment then you are not taking care of an unpleasantness in your practice or life. The challenge may seem too overwhelming or the task too hard. Then do something about it. Create an action plan. What one thing can you do today that would make a difference in your life right now. What resources do you need to get that task done? Then do it. If you are still stuck then it is time to call in a professional. Everyone needs help at some point in the life. Sometimes several times. Successful fulfilled individuals know when it is time to reach out. This could be a sales pitch opportunity for me right now but that is not the point of this article. Just reach out to someone who knows their stuff. Get moving forward today. I want you to succeed. Tip #5 Surround yourself with people who genuinely care about your success. You can not go wrong with a loving supportive group of family and friends. Also it is vital to your success that you surround yourself with a loyal non toxic team. A team the truly supports your dreams. As you move toward the light of fulfillment remember these five tips: Never ever give up!!!! Know what matters in your life. Be grateful. Stop procrastination. Surround yourself with people who genuinely care about your success.

Bio and CV Suzanne Robinson CC 928-710-0166 Prescott, AZ Suzanne Robinson was born and raised in Ohio. She is the President and CEO of Practice with Honor, a practice building company and The Money Doctors LLC, an onsite overdue accounts recovery business that includes the training of a staff member to become the accounts expert in that practice to include a training manual for future employees. She has over 25 years working experience in the dental field, 34 years in business management and she is a certified life coach.
Suzanne's first management position was at the age of 18 with the Lawson Companies in Ohio. She started out as a clerk and within months was offered a management position. This position focused on the nuts and bolts of running a business. Ordering, scheduling staff, setting up marketing materials, resolving staff in fighting and focusing on profits and minimizing loss. At the age of 19 she was promoted to corporate general manager, training new owners of franchises in the food and retail industry. Her dental training started at the age of 27. She started in dentistry as a dental assistant overseas in England with the Air Force clinic at Upper Heyford. To take advantage of this program she had to commit to at least 1000 hours as a volunteer dental assistant. She was gifted the same training as the Air Force men and women to include all manuals and testing. After 3 years she returned to the states and realized she missed the nuts and bolts of running a business. She chose practice management and has remained there ever since.
Her human resource background came from over 34 years of business management to include labor laws, small business management courses and studying human behavior and communication skills. She has chosen to learn from mentors throughout her career who are leaders in the business industry. Dick Barnes DDS, Raleigh Pinsky marketing and promotions expert, Zig Ziglar and many more.
She is a certified life coach. Suzanne received her certification as a life coach with the Southwest School of the Healing Arts. This intensive coaching program provided the tools that enhanced her relationship and communication skills that have helped doctors and staff alike, to challenge them to be the best they can be. Coaching deals with relatively healthy people who want to improve their lives in specific areas. Some of those areas could be, changing careers, finding a healthy relationship, taking your business to a new level, stopping procrastination, losing weight or deepening your self-understanding. She assists others with stress management as well as time management, goal setting and creating action plans. Life coaching can lead you to a more balanced productive happier life. This new life will better reflect your personal values and priorities. Coaching differs from therapy in that the focus is more on the present and future than the past, more on goals and behaviors than emotions and emotional patterns. This makes her an unique, ideal trainer/practice solutionist for assisting practices and practice leaders in moving forward faster.
Suzanne is also a published author and columnist.
2002 Dental Fee Plan printed her first article on increasing case acceptance.
2003-2006 she became a featured bi monthly writer for an online magazine called The Soko as well as a featured Q & A columnist on relationships . A few of her articles are:

She is an avid volunteer as well. Suzanne has been volunteering for different organizations since 1993. Her present volunteer effort is with CASS Dental Clinic for the Homeless in Phoenix, Arizona. She has been a regular volunteer since January 2006. She is using her expertise in increasing profits through marketing, promotions and practice strategies to move this nonprofit organization into a self supporting entity.
