Announcing:    Practice Attitude Adjusters

We are on the cutting edge of what most dentists and staff are looking for, no team in fighting.

I am not kidding.  I have been a relationship mediator in the dental practice for over 25 years. Recently, it came to me that most of my clients have issues with team in fighting. And it drives them crazy. I am regularly troubleshooting staff in fighting with my new clients. I decided it was time to show case that valuable part of my services. I use my intensive  coaching training and years of experience in human resource to resolve this problem.

As a certified life coach and relationship mediator I have the training and experience to find peaceful resolve within the team. Read this excerpt from my web site.

News!!!

Staff in fighting is a form of harassment. Protect yourself and your practice.  Let us help you bring a peaceful resolve to the problem and let you get focused on what you like to do best, treating your patients.
  • I evaluate teams for potential burn out, harassing behavior between team members, bullying, embezzlement, practice sabotage, etc...
  • We assist in the creative process of healthy happy teams by addressing the sensitive issues in an office. I use a technique I call, addressing the purple elephant in the room. Together we will identify and discuss the core problem/s.
  • Identifying when an office is caught up in the purple elephant syndrome is easy for me as I watch all the staff interact with each other and the hidden language that is spoken within the group. The purple elephant syndrome is everyone knows there is an elephant in the room but no one wants to discuss it. But it is there. (A war is happening in your office.)
  • It is a highly toxic state for a team to be in and I have seen highly qualified staff members leave a team because the leadership would not take care of the problem. The lack of training and experience in this area is what I typically find among leadership or management. It is usually uncomfortable and unproductive for leadership or management to address but using a highly skilled professional who brings no history of the team, intensive training and a caring heart makes all the difference.

  • Together we will find constructive resolve that will move the practice forward and the individuals. Sometimes a staff member may choose to leave as they see they are no longer happy, productive and they are instrumental in keeping the practice "stuck."
