Step 1 Management Services LLC Announces Expanded Training Format
|
Greetings! ,
I am excited to give you advanced notice that for the first time Step 1 is offering it's full curriculum for training new managers in an integrated peer classroom setting. This means that participants will be able to join other new or future leaders, from a variety of organizations, in an integrated classroom at a central location. Attendees will benefit from sharing their own management challenges with others who have the same concerns that they do.
This training is identical to what we offer onsite at client locations but with the added benefit of peer integration. Each class of this 12-week program will typically meet in Greentree on Friday mornings from 8:30AM to 10AM. Parking is free and access to the West End and the Parkway West is easy. Because the program is designed to be career-friendly, it is offered on a rolling admissions basis, with each topic recurring on a regularly scheduled frequency. Attendees can start at any time and, best of all, they won't have to miss any of the 12 sessions because of work or personal conflicts. If you can't make it one week, just check the calendar to see when that particular topic will come around again.
I urge you to consider this first class training for yourself and/or your employees. The inaugural class is forming now, with an expected start date in December 2007. In order to maintain a productive student-to-instructor ratio, class size will generally be limited, so don't delay your decision too long.
Don't miss your opportunity to dramatically improve your management performance. Call right away for more information!
Best regards,

It Just Makes Sense
Management mistakes can cost a business as much as 15% of annual revenue. Can your company afford to give away $15,000 of every $100,000 of sales? That's hardly a strategy for growth.
Providing the people who manage your business with the right training, at the right pace and at a fair price just makes sense. Too often business owners turn over control of their company's fortunes to inexperienced managers who learn on the job (at the owner's expense).
Training your managers is not just an investment in them -- it's an investment in your business! Start today to reduce the cost of management mistakes in your company and reinvest those savings in growing your business. It's the sensible thing to do.
Classes are forming now!
