Greetings from Mooseville!
How has your week been? It has been a busy week here at Mooseville as usual! The weather is starting to warm up a little bit and the sap is starting to run! Just in case you are not sure what sap is, it is the watery substance that comes from a maple tree in the spring. When you boil it down, it becomes yummy maple syrup! The snow banks are still pretty high here though, so it may be a while still before we see some green grass. But I can definitely dream of it for sure!
Just want to take a quick moment to say, our thoughts and prayers go out this week to all those who are suffering from the tragedies from the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
